盐酥鸡腌料
肉桂粉1/4小匙、姜末1两、葱末1两、麻油1小匙、胡椒粉1/3小匙、酒1大匙、盐少许、鸡粉1小匙
做法:
将所有材料搅拌均匀,放入已切成3厘米小丁的鸡胸肉,至少腌20分钟到2小时,让味道彻底入味。腌的过程最好包上保鲜膜,放入冰箱冷藏
