奶油花蟹
材料 :
- 蒜米 切碎
- 咖哩叶
- 小辣椒
- 牛油 1小块
- 淡奶 3汤匙
- cheese 2片
1. 锅里下少许油,先把花蟹炒熟。然后放一边待用
2. 溶化一小块牛油
3. 放入咖哩叶,蒜米和辣椒去炒一炒
4. 倒入3汤匙淡奶
5. 溶化2片cheese
6. 再把蟹倒下去,快炒起锅
