椰糖鸡

材料 :
- 鸡
- 椰糖 (份量看个人喜欢)
- 洋葱
- 八角


1. 鸡先用少许盐掩一掩
2. 爆香洋葱和八角
3. 放入鸡炒直熟
4. 加入椰糖,直溶化
5. 倒入少许水,焖直收汁
