排毒后记

排毒差不多快一个月了
是没有 feel 到什么很特别或明显的效果
不过我是觉得
生理期前
很容易长小疹子的我
这次没有长哦
摸木摸木

下个月再观察多一次

现在在准备
找个适当的时候
开始进行一日断食排毒


BMS 的小册子是说:
