The greatest time of the day ~ tea time
除了爱喝白开水
我最喜欢喝茶包茶
闲时在家
也会冲茶包来喝
我比较爱不加糖的茶
不过
我又很爱吃甜食
真是好矛盾的饮食喜好
雪糕蛋糕糖水cookies等等
一天没有它们的陪伴
我会觉得日子很难过
今天
在超市买菜
看到这 Dr Stuart's 的茶包
包装很可爱
重点是
its a Detox Tea
它是我最 hito 的东西
凡是挂上 detox 这名字的饮品
我都会很忍不住的想试
平时饮食习惯不是很健康
只好吃喝 detox 饮食品
安慰自己
