鸡腌酱油,黑酱油,麻油,绍兴酒,五香粉,糖盐 15 分钟
菜脯过水
热锅,爆香大蒜, 再加菜脯,炒香
加鸡块, 炒匀,加点水加盖焖10分钟
假如喜欢浓汁, 可加玉薯粉水勾芡
